I am most grateful for the time and trouble that this customer took to write a thank you letter:
We employed Mr Edward Liddell to replace our bathroom suite, and were very pleased with the end results.
Edward is very reliable as he turns up on time and is a very polite conscientious worker. All of his work is done to the highest of standards, when leaving on a night the bathroom was left spotless, the new sink, toilet and bath were cleaned and ready for use, we were delighted as I do not know another plumber that would have done that.
I would recommend Edward to any one and I will be using him again in the future as I know the job will be done right.
